Friendly greeting. Service and the food was good. I was very happy that it was homemade schnitzel that saw a pan. No frozen schnitzel and not in the deep fryer. Got a good, hot espresso in a restaurant for a long time. thank you

A beautiful evening in the chestnut garden passed by. First there was a fine cream soup of fresh chanterelles. A delicious ox cheek braised in burgundy sauce with great French fries rounded off the meal. Really recommendable. The super attentive and caring service and the host couple who personally take care of the guests are also worth mentioning. I'll be back.

It was a super nice and relaxing holiday ... there were three of us with a "little" fur nose. Bahlingen and the surrounding area are great for hiking, cycling, shopping, swimming (even with fur noses) and much more. We especially liked the very familiar and friendly environment. The food and breakfast at the Hecht is very good, regardless of whether you are a vegetarian or a fan of hearty cuisine ... there is something for everyone, as is typical for this area, the very good wine advice. So we will definitely be back next year. You will definitely get five ⭐ from us

Beautiful beer garden, friendly service and good food.

We sat in the beer garden and only had a drink. Friendly service and nice atmosphere, for us there is absolutely no reason to complain :)

After the Corona period, went out to eat for the first time. Very tasty salad, there was also asparagus and a couple of spaetzle from my friend;) Food was delicious. You sit in here (unfortunately it was a rainy day today) very rustic ... a matter of taste;) Otherwise everything was great

Very friendly service. Were there with child, which got its food first 😀 the drink was asked whether chilled or room temperature, you do not have anywhere. Food and the greeting from the kitchen were delicious.

Very nice guest house in the tranquil Bahlingen in the Kaiserstuhl. For example, a great stop for a hike through the picturesque vineyards that surround the place. Especially nice are the outdoor courts in the secluded backyard under a shady chestnut. The food is refined and delicious. Everything is freshly prepared. Special requests (eg changing the insert or omitting certain ingredients) are handled easily. Also found on the map very good regional wines. The service was very, very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend the restaurant!

Super restaurant, very delicious, great service! Food was adapted to our needs in two evening both times (24.04, 25.04.2019), the owner found food for our mood! It was excellent for us - parents and our kids! Quality matches price. All was perfect!

I was very excited about this meal today. The food was very good and really great. The wine to go with it was simply wonderful and it was a Pinot Gris from Bahlingen. The service was always very polite and courteous. I felt very secure. I can assure you that I will come back here and stay a few more days. You can eat and drink here, I vouch for that.

Friendly service, clean facilities, welcoming for all age groups. Food was ok. Bratkartoffeln tasted like my grandma's (good thing), salad dressings were average.

the food is the best thing since sliced bread, we as a family have been coming to this guest house for the past 30yrs or so and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone visiting the area
